VISION STATEMENT AND PRINCIPLES


Vision.

To help everyone find and live and Abundant Life in Jesus Christ as stated in John 10:10 (Amplified Bible), "I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)."

Mission.

To fulfill the Great Commission as stated in Matthew 28:19-20 (Amplified Bible), "Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the very close and cosummation of the age. Amen (so let it be)."


Principles.

Accountability of Pastoral Staff, Elder Board, and Lay Leaders to be an example to all. (2 Thessalonians 1:11-12)
Building strong relationships with the membership and ministries of the church. (Romans 12:10)
Understanding our personal commitment to Prayer (James 5:16), the Study of God's Word (2 Timothy 2:15), and Spiritual Growth (Romans 12:2).
Nurturing new believers to a real relationship with God (Matthew 22:37; Titus 2:11-14).
Doing everything we can to reach as many as we can as quickly as we can in any way we can (Luke 14:23).
Acknowledging that God is supreme and in control of all things (Exodus 20:3).
Noticing the needs and hurts of others (Luke 4:18).
Teaching God's Word to make disciples of everyone who will listen (Matthew 28:19-20).


Loving everyone regardless of nationality, color, social or economic status (Matthew 22:39).
Investing out time, talents, and finances to help God's Kingdom grow (Matthew 25:23).
Focusing on things that are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).
Endeavoring to provide excellence in every area of ministry (Colossians 3:23).
